Our in house 3D renderings let you walk through the new space before demo day, so the finished room feels like it was always meant to be there.
The craft shows in the wet areas. Showers get a proper waterproofing membrane, flood tested overnight before a single tile goes on. Tile gets laid out from the centerline of the room so the cuts land where you will not see them. Cabinets are scribed to walls that are never quite straight, and countertop templates come after the cabinets are set, not from a floor plan. Soft close hardware gets adjusted door by door before we call a punch list done.
